But then goes on to say that BP let him down. And it was his fault that he believed <i>them</i>.<br /><br />He speaks of being in charge and taking responsibility, but it plays out as him just blaming others again, which brings to mind the immortal words of Inigo Montoya<br /><br /><i>"You keep using that word.
