A current fad is something called planking. Heard of it? It involves the participant laying horizontal on some odd object or in a strange location with his/her arms at his/her side. Like a plank. Get it? Me, either, but it's the thing.
In my college days, the fad was streaking.
A video has been released by Rock the Ivory Tower that combines planking and the message in support of higher education reform. The location is the campus of the University of Texas.
