President Obama is on track to submit the latest budget in history – now delaying his plan until April 8 – more than two months late. On top of that, each of the President’s previous budget submissions never balanced. The President’s talk of cutting wasteful spending and producing a responsible spending plan would be meaningful if he could also walk the walk.
